What happens if the goods are damaged?
If the goods arrive in damaged condition, you must contact us via e-mail to email@example.com
and describe the problem. We give you a return number and tell you where to send the goods. We cover return costs. When we receive the damaged item, we will send you a new product, or refund you for the returned item (s).
We are not responsible for errors made by the carrier (supplier).
For example, exposes our products to high temperature / frost.
How do I exercise the right of withdrawal?
If you want to return received goods, you must use the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. You contact our customer service via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
or by phone +47 41 07 99 61 if you are unsure of how to exercise the right of withdrawal. Items that have been opened will not be refunded.
